These terms govern your use of Seller Profit OS. By creating an account, using the trial or buying a plan you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask at [email protected] before you pay.
1. The service
Seller Profit OS ("TOS", "we") is a web app for online sellers: margin and net-profit audit, breakeven pricing, promo audit, unit cost, restock planning, cashflow, dashboard, AI assistant and Trend Check. Everything runs in the browser on a phone or laptop. Nothing is downloaded or installed.
2. Accounts
- One account per email address. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that address; there is no password. Keep your email account secure.
- At most two devices can be signed in at the same time. Signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one.
- Accounts may not be shared, lent or resold. One account is for one person or one store.
- You must be 18 or older, or act on behalf of a business.
3. Plans and access
- Free 7-day trial. Starts automatically on your first sign-in, once per email address, no card required. During the trial the AI assistant is limited to 5 questions a day and Trend Check is not included. After 7 days access stops by itself; nothing is charged.
- Paid plans of 1 month, 3 months or 1 year at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. Every paid plan includes all tools, Trend Check included.
- Access is activated automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within two minutes, for the email address used at checkout. Make sure that address matches your account email.
- Buying again before access ends adds days to the remaining access; it does not replace it.
- Plans are not auto-renewing subscriptions. There is no recurring charge. If you do not renew, access stops and your data stays stored.
- Daily AI quota: 30 questions on the 1- and 3-month plans, 60 on the 1-year plan. New features may reach the 1-year plan first. We may adjust quotas within reason to keep the service healthy.
4. Payments and pricing
- Payments outside Indonesia are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, issues the receipt and handles VAT or sales tax. Payments in Indonesian Rupiah are processed by Mayar.
- Prices may change. A price you have already paid does not change for the duration of that plan.
- We never receive or store your card or bank details.
5. Refunds
Because the free 7-day trial lets you try every core tool before paying, purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions, refunded in full:
- Access has not been activated within 24 hours of a confirmed payment and we cannot fix it.
- An accidental duplicate payment for the same plan.
Request a refund at [email protected] within 7 days of payment, quoting the order number. For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy's refund policy applies alongside these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Prohibited use
- Sharing an account or reselling access.
- Automated data collection (scraping), overloading the service or attempting to breach its security.
- Reverse-engineering, copying or imitating the app's code or design.
- Using the AI assistant to produce unlawful or harmful content.
- Entering other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
Violations may lead to account closure without refund.
7. Your data and the results
- Data you enter remains yours. We receive only a limited licence to store it, display it back to you and process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Marketplace fee figures in the app are researched from public sources and updated periodically. They may differ from what applies in your own seller dashboard. Always check the official rates in your marketplace account.
- Calculation results, AI suggestions and trend data are aids, not financial, tax or legal advice. Business decisions and their consequences remain your responsibility.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but outages and maintenance can happen. If the service is unusable for more than 3 consecutive days because of our fault, your access period is extended by the number of days lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities.
10. Affiliate programme
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on sales made through their affiliate link, paid out by the payment platform under its rules. Affiliates may not send spam, make false claims about the product or run paid ads using the name "Seller Profit OS". Violations forfeit commissions.
11. Intellectual property
The Seller Profit OS name, logo, design, text and code belong to us. Seller Profit OS is not affiliated with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok or any other marketplace. Those names are trademarks of their owners and are used for reference only.
12. Termination
- You can stop at any time. To delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from your account address.
- We may close accounts that violate these terms. Remaining access is not refunded when closure is due to a violation.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved amicably by email. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the competent courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced at least 7 days before they take effect, by email or in the app. The current version is always on this page.
